The August 2018 SDC Existing Conditions Assessment Report prepared by Wallace, Roberts, Todd (WRT) is a valuable source of information for understanding the history of the site, its surrounding open space and adjacent communities, the current state of SDC buildings and systems, and the first stages of the transition process. SDC Project Status
The County re-hired consultant Dyett & Bhatia, and environmental review will soon begin on the "Specific Plan with a Builder's Remedy overlay." Stay tuned for information on opportunities for public input during the EIR 30-day Public Scoping Period anticipated to begin in late June.
