The August 2018 SDC Existing Conditions Assessment Report prepared by Wallace, Roberts, Todd (WRT) is a valuable source of information for understanding the history of the site, its surrounding open space and adjacent communities, the current state of SDC buildings and systems, and the first stages of the transition process.
